Crafting Client-Driven Designs with Quality, Purpose, and Sustainability

Anne Bannon, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB

Anne, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, is a registered architect dedicated to sustainable, client-centered design. With nearly two decades of experience practicing in New York City, her work spans residential and institutional projects, guided by a commitment to clarity, craft, and thoughtful detailing.

Her background includes complex adaptive reuse work and the delivery of highly technical projects, where close coordination, rigorous documentation, and careful integration of building systems are essential. Sustainability is central to her practice, with a particular focus on Passive House principles and high-performance design strategies. She has shared this work through presentations at professional conferences, including NYPH and NAPHN, contributing to broader conversations around energy-efficient and resilient architecture.

In 2025, Anne founded her own architectural practice, continuing a collaborative, design-driven approach rooted in careful listening and long-term value. Her work balances respect for context with contemporary needs, resulting in spaces that are both enduring and responsive.

A resident of Brooklyn, Anne spends her time outside the studio exploring the city—often accompanied by her cheeky little dog, Rem.
