Anne Bannon, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, is a registered architect with a strong commitment to sustainable, client-driven design. With over 15 years of experience, Anne’s career began in Maryland before relocating to New York City, where she worked as a Project Architect managing a diverse range of residential and institutional projects. In 2018, Anne joined Marvel Architects as Senior Architect, overseeing the adaptive reuse of the Battery Maritime Building, a complex design-build project. Anne is also passionate about sustainable design, having presented at conferences like NYPH and NAPHN, where she highlighted the integration of Passive House principles for educational spaces. Since 2021, she has focused on residential projects nationwide, demonstrating her versatility across various design styles and project scales. In 2024, Anne launched her own architectural practice, continuing her pursuit of quality, client-centered, and sustainable design solutions.
