Upper West Side Apartment

Currently in construction, this apartment renovation reimagines a compact one-bedroom apartment through a careful balance of spatial clarity, warmth, and functionality. The design focuses on maximizing natural light and creating a more cohesive relationship between rooms while respecting the scale and character of the existing pre-war building.

The project introduces updated finishes, including new custom millwork and a fully renovated bathroom, bringing a refreshed and unified material palette to the interiors. Thoughtful selection of colors, textures, and details helps to elevate the existing architecture while maintaining a restrained, timeless quality.

Currently in construction, the project reflects a tailored approach that responds to the client’s lifestyle, with an emphasis on creating a calm, livable interior that feels both refined and personal within a dense urban context.
